lobster roll ww. A delicious sandwich to kick off your weekend
Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 3 people – 1 sp per person.

  • 240 g cooked lobster meat
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons celery
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 60 grams lettuce
  • 3 tomato pieces
  • 3 hot dog buns
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First, cut the lobster meat into pieces, chop the chives and celery, chop the onion and cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Then combine the lobster pieces with the chives in a salad bowl, add the onion, celery, mayonnaise, yogurt, black pepper and lemon zest.
Then put pieces of lettuce in each hot dog bun and top with 1/3 of your lobster preparation.
finally you have your ww lobster roll sandwich, serve with lemon slices and enjoy your meal.
