Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 6 sp.

  • 50 grams flour
  • 40 grams cornstarch
  • 20 grams unsweetened cocoa
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 120 grams white cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 grams chocolate chips

Preparation:

First of all, heat your oven to 180° and apply 6 muffin cups of butter.
Then, in a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, cocoa, sugar and yeast.
Then top with cheese, eggs, and vanilla and mix with a whisk or your electric food processor.
Add the chocolate chips, mix them to combine well then fill your muffin cups with your dough.
