Here’s an easy recipe for delicious lemon tiramisu, a frozen and creamy addition to your dessert, at home and for the whole family.


– 24 tsp cookies
– 240 grams mascarpone
– 180 g cream cheese, softened
– 1 tsp lemon extract
– Juice and juice of 3 lemons
– 90 grams icing sugar


First, film a large salad bowl with wide edges on the inside.
Then cut 12 cookies in half and place them on the sides of the cup.
Whip the mascarpone with the cream cheese in a bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Then add lemon extract with lemon zest on top and continue whisking on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Cut remaining 12 biscuits in half, place half in bottom of cling film bowl, sprinkle juice of half a lemon, and spread half of your cream on top.
Then place the remaining biscuits on top, sprinkle lemon juice over them and spread the rest of the cream on top.
Garnish with lemon slices cut in half and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
