Whole Wheat Bread with Flax, Chia and Sesame, a delight for your breakfast or snack, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 500 grams whole wheat flour
– 1 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast
– 36 cl water
– Linseed
– chia seeds
– Mole
– 1 tsp salt


First, put salt and linseed seeds in water in a big pot and mix it.
Then put them in the bowl of your robot and top the dough with the yeast in small pieces.
Then knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes and prepare it.
Take out the dough from the bowl, make a dough, cover it with a tea towel and keep it for at least 1 hour.
Flour a work surface, knead your dough again by hand—just to degas it—then put it in a mold and sprinkle it with seeds.
Leave to stand again for 45 to 50 minutes and preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Put your mold in the oven for 35 minutes.
