Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup. A delicious light soup for your dinner, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try this.

Ingredients for 6 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 600 g crushed tomatoes with juice
  • 100 grams canned corn
  • 100 grams canned peas
  • 150 grams Cabbage
  • 150 grams green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes, cut the carrot, cabbage, green beans and celery into slices, chop the garlic.
Then fry the onion, celery, carrot and garlic with the oil and 2 tbsp of broth over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Then add the cabbage, green beans, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper and bay leaves and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the broth, tomatoes and juice and tomato puree, mix and cook on a medium heat for 12 minutes.
Then add the corn and peas and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes.
