Ingredients for 6 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 300 grams ground turkey breast
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 red + green + yellow chili
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and lightly butter your muffin tin.
Then heat the oil in a skillet and fry the minced meat with the sage, marjoram, chili, salt and pepper over medium heat for 7 minutes.
While cooking, beat the egg in a salad bowl, then add chopped pepper to it and continue whisking.
At the end of cooking, distribute the cooked minced meat in your mold and then fill with your egg mixture.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Finally, here are your Weight Watchers turkey muffins, serve and everyone is sure to have a good appetite.
