Ingredients for 1 person – 4 sp per portion.

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 24 cl of milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice and juice of 1/2 lemon

For Garnish:

  • Pieces of fruit of your choice: Mango-Strawberry-Pineapple…

Preparation:

How much milk should be added to make a good chia pudding?
If you are making the pudding for one person, add 3 tbsp of chia seeds and 24 cl of milk.
For two people this would double or 6 Tbsp chia seeds and 48 cl of milk.
For milk, you have the free choice of using almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk or cow’s milk.
Chia seeds are used either black or white and both work with the same ratio – multiply the amount by the individual.
Now put chia seeds in a bowl and pour milk on top and let the pudding stand thick and creamy for 3 to 4 hours.
Otherwise just let them sit for 20 minutes but after the first 10 minutes stir and then let sit.

As you can use plain yogurt — or flavorings to add flavor to the pudding — in this case don’t use vanilla extract instead of milk.
When adding milk, do not forget to add vanilla extract and lemon zest and juice and let stand.
Then add pieces of fruit of your choice on top and keep your halwa in the fridge before serving.
Lastly, here’s your Weight Watchers sprinkle with chia pudding, chopped nuts and bon appetit tous.
