Weight Watchers Bean Soup. A delight for dinner tonight, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients for 4 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 300 grams of dried beans
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 liters vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

First wash the dried beans, chop the onion, celery and pepper.
Put the beans in a large saucepan, pour the vegetable broth over the top, and bring to a boil.
Then cover the pan and cook on low flame for 1 hour, while stirring occasionally.
After the beans become soft, add the onion, carom seeds, capsicum, garlic, season and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 minutes.
