W Watchers Zucchini and Tomato Salad. A delicious vegetable starter, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients: for 2 people – 6 sp per portion

– 2 zucchini
– 100 grams cherry tomatoes
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 clove of garlic
– Salt
– Chilly
– 12 small mozzarella balls
– 60 grams basil leaves

Preparation:

First cut the zucchini into thin slices, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half, put them in a salad bowl.
Then in a bowl add lemon juice, vinegar, oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper and beat.
Sprinkle your vegetables with the vinaigrette and then mix them well with the spatula.
Then add the half-cut mozzarella balls with the basil leaves, mix and put your salad bowl in the fridge.
