W Watchers Salad Verrines. A delicious and varied vegetable starter, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try this.

Ingredients: for 2 people – 4 sp per portion

– 1 red onion
– 60 grams canned chickpeas
– 1 orange chili
– 50 grams palm hearts
– 8 cherry tomatoes
– 50 grams cooked quinoa
– 100 grams small leaf lettuce
– 30 grams crumbled feta cheese
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– Chilly
– Salt


First, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl and keep aside.
Then chop the onion, wash and remove the chickpeas, cut the hearts of the palm, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 pieces, chop the seeds and pepper.
Divide your vinaigrette between 2 jars or verines, then top with onions, chickpeas, peppercorns, palm hearts, tomatoes, and quinoa.
Then pour lettuce and cheese on top, put a lid on the jar, shake and put in the fridge.
