W Watchers Leek and Apple Salad. A delicious light entree of the season, a WW recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family, try this.

Ingredients: for 3 people – 3 sp per portion

– 2 leeks
– 1 big apple
– 25 grams chopped almonds
– 1 tbsp oil
– 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– Salt
– Chilly
– chopped parsley

Preparation:

Cut off the ends of the cheeks first, removing some of the outer layers.
Then cut them lengthwise into slices, put in a salad bowl, cover with water and add 1 tbsp vinegar.
Leave to soak for 15 minutes, then wash and dry them.
Peel and cut the apples, then place them in a plate with the cheeks, add oil and 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, pepper and mix everything.
Then garnish with parsley leaves and chopped almonds before serving.
Finally, you have your W Watchers Leek and Apple Salad, serve and everyone has a good appetite.
