Ingredients for 5 people – per serving 3 sp.

  • 300 grams canned chickpeas
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 10 cl of dry white wine
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 grams celery, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First put the raisins in a salad bowl, pour wine on top and let stand for 15 minutes.
During this time wash and drain the chickpeas, put them in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil, cook over open heat for 12 minutes.
Cut the celery into mint slices, at the end of cooking the chickpeas, drain them, then put them in a salad bowl with all the ingredients.
