Ultra Moist Zucchini Muffins – A delicious mini cake for your afternoon snack or to accompany your soup, here’s the easy recipe at home.


– 225 grams flour
– 1 zucchini
– 24 cl milk
– 12 cl olive oil
– 1 egg
– 50 grams brown sugar
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


First preheat your oven to 180° and place the paper box in the muffin tin.
Then put milk, oil in a bowl, add egg to it and beat, then add all purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon and mix everything.
Let the dough stand for 10 to 15 minutes, during which time wash and grate the zucchini and then press it with a clean cloth to release the liquid.
Then pour it into the bowl, mix and distribute your dough evenly among the boxes and put your mold in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
To cook properly, just insert a toothpick into the center of each muffin, it should come out clean.
