  • 200 grams cooked and cold brown rice
  • 150 grams pineapple
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams cashew nuts

  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

First, heat a pot on medium heat, beat the egg in a bowl, cut the pineapple and pepper into pieces, chop the onion into rings and chop the garlic.
Then pour in 1 tsp oil and cook the eggs for 30 to 60 seconds, while stirring with a spatula. Crumble them in a bowl.
Put 1 tsp oil in a pan, add pineapple and red chilies and fry while stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then add the onion and garlic on top and keep stirring for another 30 seconds… Pour the contents of the pot into the egg bowl and stir.
