Sweet Zucchini Cake, a delicious soft cake for your dessert or as a snack with a cup of tea, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 180 grams flour
– 70 grams ground almonds
– 250 grams zucchini
– 125 grams sugar
– 1 vanilla bean
– 12 cl oil
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 eggs


First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then wash and cut the end of the zucchini, grate and drain, cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and collect the seeds.
Beat eggs with sugar in a large bowl using your mixer, then top with flour, almond powder, vanilla seeds, baking powder, oil.
Mix with spatula then add zucchini zest and mix everything with spatula.
Pour your dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
