Spinach Ricotta Lasagna Recipe Ww. A pleasure for dinner tonight.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 6 sp.

  • 7 lasagna sheets
  • 500 grams spinach
  • 250 grams ricotta
  • 20 cl of tomato sauce
  • 80 grams parmesan
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Chilly


First wash the spinach and cut it into slices and cut the garlic clove.
Then put the spinach leaves in a pot full of water – cover the leaves – boil on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the spinach leaves and keep aside.
Fill a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, then cook the lasagna sheets for 5 minutes, draining them and placing them on absorbent paper.
Preheat your oven to 180°, then mix, using a fork, spinach ricotta, 40g Parmesan, cream of garlic, a small pinch of salt and pepper.

In a gratin dish, pour the milk, then place on 2 sheets of lasagna, followed by a layer of spinach-ricotta – 1/3 -, 2 more leaves and a layer of ricotta.
Then place 2 more leaves and the rest of the mixture on top, then on top of the last sheet of lasagna, pour tomato sauce and sprinkle remaining 40 grams of Parmesan.
Finally put your dish in the oven to cook for 35 minutes.
