Salmon Risotto and Cookie Cream, a delicious rice dish for tonight’s dinner, here you will find the ingredients to make this dish easily at home and with your cooks.


– 300 grams Arborio rice
– 3 salmon steaks
– 150 grams peas
– 1 onion
– 60 cl water
– 20 cl white wine
– 12 cl of liquid cream
– 50 grams grated Parmesan
– 1 cube of vegetable broth
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt
– Chilly


First wash the rice, chop the onion, cut the salmon into cubes and dilute the vegetable cube in water to make the broth.
Then in the bowl of your cook, fry the onion with oil in the browning mode for 2 minutes while stirring.
Add rice on top and keep stirring in browning mode for 2 minutes, still stirring with spatula.
Pour wine over the top and keep stirring in browning mode for 3 minutes.
Then pour over the broth, add the cubes of salmon, peas, a pinch of salt and pepper, and then mix everything.
Then start cooking fast – under pressure of cooko for 15 minutes.
Then pour the cream with grated Parmesan on top, mix everything.
