Component:

– 300 grams flour
– 1.5 tbsp dried henna
– 2 tsp dry yeast
– 30 cl water
– 1/2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

First put water in a large bowl, add rosemary, yeast, salt and olive oil on top.
Mix everything with a spoon until the yeast dissolves well, then add 200 grams of all purpose flour and mix.
Then add the remaining flour and knead by hand on a clean work surface for 6 to 8 minutes.
Shape your dough into a ball, place it in the cup, cover it with a tea towel, and let stand for at least 1 hour.

Then flour on a work surface and knead your dough for 5 minutes, divide it into 3 balls, let them rest for 12 minutes.
Roll them up, braid them and let them rest on the baking sheet for 45 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 200°, whip the egg yolk and then brush it, and put in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
