Cookie’s Fine Herb Omelette, perfect for your breakfast, here you will find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.


– 6 eggs
– 8 cl milk
– 50 grams fresh cream
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tbsp tarragon
– 1 tbsp basil
– 1 tbsp ajwain
– 1/2 tbsp carom seeds
– 1 tbsp chives
– slices of toast
– Salt
– Chilly


First, chop the herbs – reserve a little for later.
Then mix the eggs, milk, cream with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in your coco’s skillet in browning mode and then add the contents of the bowl.
Add the herbs on top and stir with a spatula until the eggs are cooked.
Finally this is your Cookie Omelet with Herbs, Serve with toasted slices of bread, sprinkle with the rest of the herbs and enjoy your meal.
