No-bake coffee cake, a delicious frozen pie or fridge cake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 240 g Speculos biscuits
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 36 cl whipping cream
– 120 grams of sugar
– 6 tablespoons instant espresso coffee
– 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract


First put the whipping cream in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Then pour the cream into a bowl, top with 3 tbsp of instant coffee and beat with your mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
Then add sugar and vanilla extract and keep whisking for 2 minutes and keep aside in the fridge.
Crush the biscuits in either a food bag, using a rolling pin or your food processor.
Put the crushed biscuits in a bowl, pour melted butter on top and mix with a spoon.
Then put a layer on the bottom of a mold along the edges, pressing against the bottom of a glass.
Spread your coffee cream on top, smooth with a spatula, garnish with the rest of the instant coffee and coffee beans, and then put in the freezer in the freezer.
