Easy Pineapple Cake, a delicious soft cake for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 300 grams flour
– 1 can of pineapple
– 4 eggs
– 50 grams cornstarch
– 200 g butter
– 180 grams of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– zest of 1 lemon
– 1/2 packet baking powder


First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, apply butter and flour a cake tin.
Then in a bowl using your mixer on medium speed beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then, whisking on medium speed, add the eggs — 1 by 1 — of the flour, cornstarch and lemon zest.
Pour your dough into the mold, place your pineapple slices on top, and put in the oven to cook for 60 minutes.
