Easy and quick plain cake, a delicious soft cake for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe at home.
Component:
– 200 grams flour
– 150 grams of sugar
– 12 cl of whole liquid cream
– 65 grams semi-salted butter, melted
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp baking powder
– Salt
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 180°, butter and line a round cake tin – bottom and sides with baking paper.
Then with your electric mixer beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and continue whisking.
Once your mixture is creamy, add the liquid cream with the vanilla extract and continue whisking for 30 seconds.
Then add flour and baking powder and mix with spatula, add melted butter and keep mixing.
Pour your dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
