Delicious Pear Cake, a super soft cake for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.
Component:
– 300 grams flour
– 4 pears
– 180 grams of sugar
– 200 g butter
– 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
– 4 eggs
– 10 grams baking powder
– Salt
– fine sugar
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 160°, butter and flour a pie pan, peel and cut the pears into strips and keep aside.
Then in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar with your mixer on medium speed until creamy, 4 minutes
Then add eggs — 1 by 1 — beating after each addition.
Mix all purpose flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and make a paste by stirring with a spoon.
Pour your batter into the mold and then place the pear slices on top and put in the oven to cook for 45 minutes.
Finally you have your delicious pear cake, unmold, sprinkle with icing sugar, cut and serve, enjoy your meal.
