Ingredients for 4 people – 1 sp per serving.

  • 50 grams corn
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 45 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 25 grams basil, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First wash the cherry tomatoes well, cut them in half, wash and filter the corn, crumble the feta cheese, chop the onion and basil.
Then put everything in a large salad bowl, sprinkle them with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper.
