  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 400 grams crushed tomatoes
  • 125 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First, chop the onion and wash the chickpeas.
Then brown the chicken thighs with oil in a pan on high flame…keep them warm.
Then put the onions in their place and stir with a spoon over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Then add curry, ginger, salt and pepper along with 2 tbsp of water and then stir on medium heat for 1 minute.
Then put the chicken thighs with tomatoes, bring everything to a boil, then reduce to medium heat, cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
