Component

300 grams flour
15 grams yeast
175 g butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt

Preparation

First of all, dissolve yeast in 3 tbsp warm milk.
put flour in a field
Then add yeast in the middle, mix the ingredients well.
Then add butter, sugar and salt.
Work your dough in well.
Then add all the eggs one by one and mix again…
Lastly add the remaining milk on top and keep mixing… you will have a homogeneous paste.
let the dough rise
Then put it in the pre-oiled brioche mold
leave to rise again… it should reach the edge of the mold
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Put your mold in the oven for 30 minutes… watch your butter brioche..
Let it cool down first and then unmold.
