Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 6 sp.

  • 80 grams flour
  • 40 grams margarine
  • Salt

  • 3 apples
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt


The day before the recipe is ready:
Sift flour into a bowl, add margarine with a pinch of salt then knead your dough by hand or using your food processor.
Then make a ball out of your dough, fill it and put it in the fridge overnight.

next day:
First preheat your oven to 180°, butter your 6 muffin cups, flour a clean work surface.
Take out your dough from the fridge, roll it out with the help of a rolling pin and then place it in your mold and press the edges to make cups.
Then put your mussels in the oven to bake for 12 minutes…

Filling Preparation:
First peel, core and chop the apple.
Then melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
Add sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and apples, and then cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes to caramelize the apples.
Let the apples cool in the saucepan for 10 minutes, then pour the cooked dough into your bowl.
