– 125 grams flour
– 60 grams cornstarch
– 125 grams sugar
– 5 eggs
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 tsp baking powder
– zest of 1 lemon

First preheat your oven to 180°, put butter in a mold, separate the whites from the egg yolks in 2 large bowls.
Sift together all purpose flour, cornstarch and yeast in a bowl, add lemon zest and mix with a spatula.
Add 60 grams of sugar to a bowl of egg yolks and then beat them with your mixer to form a creamy mixture.
Then beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, adding the rest of the sugar and vanilla sugar to the pour.

Add the beaten egg yolks on top, stir with the spatula, then add the flour mixture and continue to stir with the spatula.
Pour your dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
