Badam apple tart, a delicious cake for your dessert, here is the easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 1 puff pastry – see recipe
– 3 apples
– 125 grams ground almonds
– 100 grams of sugar
– 75 grams butter
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
– 2 tbsp rum
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation:

First, butter a round tart mold, preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and then roll it into the mould, prick the bottom with a fork and keep aside.
In a salad bowl, use your mixer to beat the eggs with the sugar until a frothy cream is formed, then add the vanilla sugar and 50 grams of butter.
Continue whisking on medium speed, then add ground almonds and rum and still whisk on medium speed.
Wash, peel and cut the apple into strips, pour cream on the dough and place the apple slices on top.
Melt 25 grams of butter then brush apples with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.
Finally you have your almond apple pie, sprinkle it with icing sugar, cut and serve… good appetite everyone.
