  • 1 shortcrust pastry (I used Auchan)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 40 grams chopped basil
  • 12 cl of skimmed milk
  • 60 grated mozzarella cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180°, spread the dough on an ovenproof quick dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
Place your dish in the oven for empty cooking for 10 minutes and then let it cool on a rack.
Then wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 pieces, place them on the dough and sprinkle half the mozzarella.
Beat the egg in a bowl, then add basil, milk, 30 grams of cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything.
Lay your preparation on the dough — on top of the cherry tomatoes — then put your dish in the oven to cook for 45 minutes.
