- 480 grams flour
- 12 cl water
- 12 cl of milk
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation:
First of all, mix 240 grams of all purpose flour with sugar and yeast in a bowl.
