Brioche with sugar pearls, a delicious soft bread for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe at home.
Component:
– 500 grams flour
– 100 grams butter
– 90 grams of sugar
– 150 g sugar pearls
– 1 packet of dry yeast
– 24 cl milk
– 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk
– 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
First of all, in a large bowl mix the crumbled yeast with milk.
Then add 250 grams of flour on top and mix with a spatula.
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, put them in crumbs in a bowl with butter, sugar, salt and the remaining 250 grams of flour.
Mix everything by hand to knead the dough, then cover the cup with a tea towel and let stand for at least 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 180° and then butter the cake mold.
Degas your dough, pour it into the mold, brush it with egg yolk and then sprinkle with sugar beads.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
