W Watchers Broccoli Potato Soup. A delicious light vegetable soup for dinner, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.
Ingredients: for 4 people – 2 sp per portion
– 250 grams fresh broccoli
– 1 medium potato
– 1 stalk of celery
– 1/2 medium onion
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 50 cl of chicken broth
– 36 cl skimmed milk
Preparation:
First cut the broccoli into small pieces, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, chop the celery, chop the onion.
Then heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown both the onion and celery while stirring with a spatula for 4 minutes.
Then add potatoes and broccoli, stir after adding broth and milk, mix and bring to a boil.
Then reduce the flame to medium and cook for 20 minutes, then leave it to cool for a while, then put all the things in the blender.
