Zucchini Cake recipe ww. A delicious cake for your quick-cooking family breakfast.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 4 sp.

For Cake:

  • 125 grams flour
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 cl of skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 10 basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Chilly

For Icing:

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 200° and butter a cake mold.
Then peel and chop the zucchini, put them in your mixing bowl along with the basil and mix.
Then drain them to remove excess liquid, put them in a salad bowl, add the cheese and mix by hand.
Add all purpose flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper, mix everything into a paste and then fill your cake mould.
Then put it in the oven for 50 minutes… during this time make icing by mixing 2 tbsp milk with icing sugar.
