Apple Cake: Delicious Sweet Cake!

150 g flour
3 apples
100 grams butter
145 g sugar
2 eggs
2 packets of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation :

First of all preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a mold, peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Then beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a beater.
Once your mixture is frothy, add the butter in small pieces along with a pinch of cinnamon, always whisking on medium speed.
Then add flour, baking powder, apple pieces and mix everything with a spatula.
Then pour your dough into the mold and put it in the oven for 45 minutes to cook.
Finally your apple cake is ready, leave to cool for a moment, unmold, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve, enjoy everyone.
