material:

275 grams flour
1 pot of curd
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 cl milk
75 grams icing sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
15 grams baking powder
salt

preparation :

First we separate the egg yolk from the white, melt the butter.
Then beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar in a bowl using a whisk until the mixture turns white.
Then we add yogurt, vanilla extract. Then we continue to whip the milk, pouring in a trickle.
Add melted butter, whisk again then flour and baking powder and stir continuously to get a smooth batter.
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then add it in batches using a spatula.
Place the cookie cutter in a pan, lay the parchment paper around – inside – pour your dough into it and place over low heat.
Cook 7 to 8 minutes, removing parchment paper from cookie cutters and turning to cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Finally you have your pancakes, serve with cream and jam – strawberries, cherries or apricots depending on the season – and enjoy your meal.
