Ingredients for 4 people – 1 sp per serving.
- 400 g minced chicken breast
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp curry
- Salt
- Chilly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
First of all, put the onion in a blender and grind it well and grate both the leaves.
Then put them in a salad bowl, add curry, salt, pepper and minced meat and mix everything by hand.
Shape your meatballs, then heat the oil in a pan and turn your meatballs over for 8 minutes.
