Two Bean Salad ww. A delicious starter for your main meal, a Weight Watchers recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family, try this.

Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 3 sp.

  • 350g white beans – canned
  • 350 g red beans – canned
  • 265 grams chickpeas – 1 can
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful parsley
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First wash and filter the beans and chickpeas, put them in a salad bowl.
Then chop the onion, garlic and celery at the same time and put in a salad bowl and mix everything together.
Make a vinaigrette by mixing oil, vinegar, sweetener, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl and then pour it into the bowl of beans and mix.
Sprinkle parsley over the top and then put your salad bowl in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Finally presenting your ww to bean salad, serve and good appetite to all.
