Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 6 sp.
- 600 grams chicken breast
- 240 grams penne
- 150 grams spinach
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 75 cl water
- 60 g sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 natural yogurt
- 50 g plain white cheese
- 60 grams parmesan
- 30 grams fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
First cut the chicken into small pieces, wash the spinach and cut it into slices.
Then, in a pot, brown the tomatoes with the garlic and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper over high heat for 30 seconds, stirring with a spatula.
Then add chicken pieces and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
Then add the penne, water and crumble the bouillon cube on top, mix and then bring to a boil after reducing the temperature to medium heat for 15 minutes.
Then add spinach, parmesan and basil and mix everything so that the cheese melts.
Meanwhile, mix the fromage blanc and yogurt in a salad bowl and then pour them into the pot.
