Recipe Tuna Bread Ww. A pleasure with your dishes.
Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 4 sp.

  • 2 cans of albacore albacore tuna
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 grams celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First, filter the tuna and wash it with cold water, cut the onion and celery into small cubes.
Then in a pan fry the onion and seasoned carom seeds in oil on medium heat for 5 minutes … let cool.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and then top with tuna, chilled onion, and breadcrumbs.
You can add 1 tbsp of water to make a wet dough and shape your breads and then keep them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet and sear your bread on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side.
Finally, serve your tuna buns with a salad and bon appetit tous.
