Component:

– 75 grams flour
– 125 grams dark chocolate
– 100 grams butter
– 100 grams of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation:

Firstly, preheat your oven to 180° and grease 6 silicone muffin tins with butter.
Then melt the chocolate and butter in a steel bowl, crumbled in pieces, in a bain-marie, while stirring with a spatula.
