Ultra Moist Yogurt Cake: So Soft and So Good

Component :

1 pot curd – reserve for measuring utensil
3 jars of flour
2 jars of sugar
1/2 jar oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparing Strawberry Vine with Mascarpone:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and grease a cake tin with butter.
Put yogurt in a bowl, then add flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs and oil on top.
Then blend everything to make a smooth paste.
Finally put your mold in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
Check for doneness with the tip of a knife, if it comes out dry, it is good if not extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar, then cut into slices and serve with whipped cream or strawberry coulis.
