Verines with Three Chocolates – An irresistible dessert that is easy to make and repeated over and over again.

Their simplicity makes them perfect as they require minimal preparation time and can be made ahead of time.
Here’s how to do it, let’s go!!


120 grams dark chocolate
100 grams white chocolate
100 grams milk chocolate
20 cl whipping cream
2 tbsp water
2 eggs

preparation :

First, put half of the whipping cream – ie 10 cl – in the freezer for 6 to 8 minutes and separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Heat remaining cream over medium heat, then melt dark chocolate into pieces over bain-marie in a large skillet.
Pour hot cream over melted chocolate, let stand for 1 minute, then stir with spatula.
Divide your mixture into glasses – only about 1/3 full – and put them in the freezer.
Now in a large bowl melt the milk chocolate in pieces with 2 tbsp of water over the bain-marie.
After the milk chocolate is melted, pour the egg yolk on top and beat everything with a whisk.
Beat the egg whites and then pour over the top and stir with a spoon.
Take the glasses out of the freezer, spread your milk chocolate cream over the top, and put them back in the freezer.
Cut the white chocolate into pieces, then melt it in a bain-marie, then take 10 liters of cream out of the freezer and whip.
Pour whipped cream into the melted chocolate, mix with a spatula, take your glasses out of the freezer, and divide among glasses.
Put the glasses back in the freezer for 25 minutes, then sprinkle them with cocoa powder and garnish with the red fruits of your choice.
