Ultra Gourmet Strawberry Tiramisu: For an Irresistible Dessert

One of the most classic and beloved Italian desserts is Strawberry Tiramisu.
This dessert is made from layers of biscuits, topped with strawberry puree and mascarpone cream, then finished with fresh strawberries.

600 grams strawberries
500 grams mascarpone
24 tsp cookies
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 eggs
100 grams sugar
25 grams icing sugar

preparation :

First wash the strawberries and cut them into thin slices, put in a salad bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar and just lemon, mix.
Separate the yolks from the egg whites, put the yolks in a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla sugar on top and whisk them.
Whiten the preparation with your mixer on high speed, then add the mascarpone and whip on medium speed.
Then using your mixer on medium speed beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the icing sugar and increase the speed.
Pour the egg whites into the mascarpone bowl and mix with a spatula.
Combine 2/3 of your strawberries with a hand mixer to make a puree and reserve 1/3 for garnishing.
Place a layer of your 8 biscuits in the bottom of a dish and then a layer of your strawberry puree on top followed by a layer of mascarpone cream.
Repeat 3 times to end with a layer of mascarpone then arrange reserved strawberry slices on top.
Film your dish and then put it in the fridge for 6 hours, ideally overnight.
