Ingredients make 6 muffins – 1 sp per serving.
- 250 grams ground turkey
- 6 cl mild salsa
- 50 grams ricotta
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 egg whites
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt
- Chilly
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 180° and butter your muffin pan – 6 units.
Then put the minced meat in the bowl of your blender along with the ricotta, salsa, mustard, egg whites, sliced into 4 pieces, chili and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Then mix everything at high speed to make a kind of homogeneous paste.
Fill your mold with preparation—specifically no more than half the height, then put in the oven for 30 minutes to bake.
Let cool for a while then unmold.
Finally you have your WW Turkey and Ricotta Muffins, serve with cherry tomatoes and the sauce of your choice…don’t forget the toothpicks.
