Traditional Vegetable Soup, Grandma’s Variety Soup with Chopped Vegetables, for your dinner, here is an easy recipe at home.

Component:

3 leeks
2 carrots
2 potatoes
150 grams green beans
4 tbsp olive oil
4 peeled tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 liters chicken or vegetable broth
50 grams corn
35 grams parsley leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First cut the cheeks into slices – only the white part – peel the carrots and cut them into slices, cut the tomatoes and potatoes into cubes, chop the garlic.
Then heat oil in a pan on medium heat and brown the ladle and garlic for 7 to 8 minutes while stirring with a spoon.
Then add potatoes, carrots, green beans and stir on medium heat for 6 minutes.
Then pour the broth over the top, let it boil, then add the pepper with the tomatoes and corn, put on a low heat and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then take the pot off the heat, add the parsley with the lemon juice and salt, and mix.
