2 shortcrust pastries
6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp mustard
50 grams grated paneer
First, preheat your oven to 200°, spread 1 pastry in a pie pan, pierce the bottom with a fork, reserving the other pastry for later.
Then mix the mustard and cream together in a bowl with a fork, spreading your mixture over the dough so that everything is covered.
