Tomato and Zucchini Tart, a real baked treat for your main course, here’s an easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 1 Shortcrust Pastry – Here’s the recipe at home.
– 3 tomatoes
– 2 zucchini
– 6 cherry tomatoes
– 2 tbsp mustard
– 1 teaspoon thyme
– 50 grams grated cottage cheese
– Olive Oil
– Salt
– Chilly

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180°, lower your dough onto a baking sheet, brush with mustard and prick the middle with a fork.
Wash vegetables and cut tomatoes and zucchini into slices, cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Place the zucchini, tomatoes and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle them with oil and put in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, place the zucchini and tomatoes in the center of the dough, then fold the edges of the dough to the middle.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, then grated oregano and Parmesan and put your plate in the oven to cook for 40 minutes.
Finally presenting your Tomato and Zucchini Pie, serve and good appetite to all.
