150 g flour
120 grams dark chocolate
60 grams butter
100 g sugar
12 cl milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking powder
First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and line a cake tin with parchment paper.
Peel the bananas, cut them into slices, and blend them in the bowl of your blender to make a puree.
Then melt chocolate and butter in pieces in the microwave and mix it with Maryse.
Sieve the flour, coconut powder and baking powder in a bowl
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar with your mixer on medium speed, then add the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
Then pour the melted chocolate over the top in 2 additions, beating well after each addition.
Pour half of the flour mixture with 6 cl of milk, mix with marise then add the rest of the flour and milk mixture and keep mixing.
Then add banana puree, mix again to make a uniform paste, pour it into the mold and spread it with a spatula.
Then put your mold in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, insert the tip of a knife to see if it should come out clean.
Finally here is your cake, unmold, remove the glued parchment paper, let cool and cut into slices, serve and wish everyone a good appetite.
