Component :

4 carrots
1 apple
juice of 2 oranges
10 grams ginger

Preparation of Apple Ginger Carrot Smoothie:

First of all peel the carrot, apple and cut them into small pieces, also cut ginger into small pieces.
Put these in the bowl of your blender and blend everything for 2 minutes.
Then add the orange juice – with 10 cl of water if you wish – and mix for 30 seconds.
